Take care when washing, being very gentle not to not rub too much or twist and wring the socks, which may cause shrinkage or pilling.
When you first wear your cashmere socks, you may find small balls of fibre or ‘pills’ forming on the surface. These are not a fault but the nature of cashmere yarn as loose fibres can tangle together through wear and rubbing. They can easily be removed by hand or a de-pilling comb, and once removed will become even softer.
